Whole30 – Day 9


BREAKFAST: 2 eggs, leftover pork tenderloin, sautéed organic super greens (kale, spinach, red & green swiss chard, tat soi & arugula) , 1/4 avocado and 4 strawberries


LUNCH: Chicken salad with shaved carrots, chopped bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, salsa verde and 1 cup of red grapes

*I bought a container of lettuce and prepped all the toppings the night before for an easy office lunch


Hallelujah! My office is trying out a new fruit delivery service and everything is local and organically grown. Today they delivered apples, nectarines and peaches 🙂 Yum!

SNACK: 2oz leftover pork tenderloin, 1 cup steamed squash, a nectarine and 2 strawberries

*For some reason I was starving again at 4pm so I had a small apple and 1 tbsp of almond butter


DINNER: Lettuce cup tacos (ground turkey sautéed with bell peppers seasoned with paprika, cumin, garlic & salt, homemade heirloom tomato pico de gallo and 1/2 avocado)


DESSERT: Strawberries and blackberries with 2 tbsp of coconut milk
