BREAKFAST: 2eggs, applegate sausage, sauteed brussel sprouts and mushrooms + 1 cup of grapes
LUNCH: Salad with chicken, bacon, egg, tomato, cucumber, carrots and avocado with balsamic vinegar and 1 cup of grapes
SNACK: Apple, 2 tbsp almond butter, hard boiled egg and 1/4 avocado
DINNER: Cauliflower Chicken Fried “Rice” (2 servings) and an orange for dessert
