Whole30 – Day 14


BREAKFAST: Mushroom and spinach egg white omelet with a side of berries from Joan’s On Third in Hollywood


LUNCH: Raw salad (beets, shaved fennel, radish, cucumber, walnuts, carrot, red onion) with steak and balsamic vinegar from Tender Greens in Culver City


SNACK: Leftover cauliflower fried “rice” and a banana

DINNER: California Chicken Cafe salad (chicken, avocado, brocoli, bell peppers, tomatos & salsa verde) with 1/2 cup steamed squash


DESSERT: Strawberries and coconut milk

Only 16 more days to go!
