Whole30 – Day 18


BREAKFAST: 2 eggs, grilled chicken, steamed squash and a peach


LUNCH: Leftover Cauliflower Chicken Fried “Rice” and grapes

SNACK: 2oz turkey, celery, 1 tbsp almond butter + a small pluot (a type of plum they had at the office)


PRE-WOD: ½ Blueberry Muffin Lara Bar

After this killer WOD I headed home to make dinner….


DINNER: Turkey lettuce cup tacos* with homemade pico de gallo and sliced avocado


*To make the tacos I chopped up 2 bell pepper and mixed it in with 1 pound ground turkey, seasoned it (paprika, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice, salt & pepper) and sautéed it on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Quick, easy and delicious!
