Whole30 – Day 20

Hallelujah! I’m 2/3 of the way there!!!

PRE-WOD: 1oz turkey & 4 almonds

BREAKFAST: Applegate sweet italian sausage and egg scramble with an orange and grapes (I had to be in the office early today and was a little rushed, but I managed to snap a pic in the elevator lol)

Today I finally made it on to the leader board at my box! I completed “kelly” in 28:12 🙂 The WOD was killer and left me starving after an early breakfast, so I had the other 1/2 of my apple pie lara bar from yesterday around 10am.

LUNCH: Togos Chopped Salad (turkey, ham, chicken, beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, onion) and balsamic vinegar + 1 cup of fruit

SNACK: Celery, almond butter and grapes

My family and I flew up to our Morro Bay house today after work to celebrate my dads birthday. Instead of buying him a gift this year, I decided to cook him a paleo Benihana hibachi style meal (side note: his nickname is Bronto so we called it “Brontohana’s”).
