Whole30 – Day 22

Today was our last day in Morro Bay. The weather was beautiful and we spent the day relaxing and enjoying some great meals. We also went to the gym in the morning and I took a yoga class. It was a VERY interesting experience 😉 After the gym we went back to the house and my dad made breakfast for us.

BREAKFAST: Applegate sausage, onion and mushrooms scramble with sauerkraut


SNACK: Blueberry Muffin Lara Bar

LUNCH: Shrimp cocktail (without the sauce), grilled chicken and mixed vegetables from Stax Wine Bar in Morro Bay



SNACK: Grapes (don’t worry I didn’t eat them all)


DINNER: Turkey lettuce cup tacos (I made taco shells for my parents)


Only 8 more days to go!!!!!
