Work has been crazy this week, so I’m going to quickly blog the last two days…
Since we flew back early Monday morning before work (view from the plane below), I prepped my breakfast the night before.
BREAKFAST: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 applegate sausage and a plate of fruit
The catered lunch today at the office was RoRo’s Chicken which is healthy Lebanese cuisine 🙂
LUNCH: Chicken and steak kabobs with pickled radish, lettuce & balsamic vinegar
SNACK: Apple, almonds and a hard boiled egg
DINNER: Mexican ground turkey salad (made out of leftovers)

BREAKFAST: Egg, applegate sausage and onion scramble + grapes
LUNCH: Chipotle salad bowl with carnitas, salsa and guacamole
SNACK: Banana, 1tbsp of almond butter and a bell pepper
DINNER: Marinara turkey meatballs, mushrooms, onion and zucchini noodles
