PRE-WOD: 6 almonds

BREAKFAST: 3 egg whites, 2oz ground turkey and squash hash with mushrooms, onion, kale, spinach and salsa verde + orange and grapes

LUNCH: Herb grilled chicken breast, sautéed asparagus, roasted acorn squash + 1 tbsp of almond butter with grapes

SNACK: Coconut Cream Pie Lara Bar

DINNER: Pork chops sautéed in Coconut Aminos and steamed broccolini with a balsamic avocado and cherry tomato salad
