PRE-WOD: 6 almonds
BREAKFAST: 2 fried eggs, butternut squash hash with mushrooms, onion, kale, spinach and grapes
LUNCH: Herb grilled chicken breast, steamed asparagus, roasted acorn squash and a side salad with 1/4 avocado
SNACK: Tuna, cherry tomatoes, celery and 1/4 avocado with yellow mustard
Before heading to yoga, I managed to avoid the “birthday table” that my office sets up on the last Friday of each month :-O
After yoga, I met up with my friend at my go-to paleo friendly restaurant California Chicken Cafe 🙂
DINNER: California Chicken Cafe salad (chicken, brocoli, bell pepper, tomato, avocado & salsa verde)
