whole30 - Day 28

PRE-WOD: Banana and 8 almonds

My friend Jessica and I decided to hiked Runyon Canyon in the Hollywood Hills and it ended up being the perfect day for it. The view was breathtaking!

After our hike, we went to one of my favorite brunch spots in West Hollywood, Toast 🙂

BREAKFAST: Mushroom and spinach egg white scramble with a chop chop salad

LUNCH: California Chicken Cafe salad (chicken, brocoli, bell pepper, tomato, avocado & salsa verde)

SNACK: Apple and 1tbsp of coconut butter

For dinner, I met up with my mom and step-dad at City Tavern in Culver City. Everything we ordered was amazing! My parents both ordered the pork chop and it was cooked to perfection. They also had heirloom tomato salad and it looked delish.

DINNER: Pickled and grilled vegetable appetizer, spinach salad, halibut with figs and hearts of palm (it came with a port sauce, but I asked them to leave it off) and bacon brussel sprouts
