I can’t believe I’m on day 29! Almost there!

BREAKFAST: 3 egg whites, applegate sausage and avocado

Immediately after my crossfit workout I had a small meal before my active recovery class.

POST-WOD: Chicken breast and steamed squash

LUNCH: Turkey breast and a side salad from Whole Foods

My friend Liz came over for dinner and I made hibachi fried “rice” and a salad. Either she was just being nice or she really enjoyed the meal because she managed to clear her plate 😉

DINNER: Cauliflower Chicken Fried “Rice” and salad with homemade paleo ginger salad dressing
