Whole30 – Day 30!!!!!!!!

PRE-WOD: 3oz chicken

BREAKFAST: 2:1 eggs scrambled with 1/2 applegate sausage, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, spinach, kale and butternut squash + fruit



LUNCH: Leftover Cauliflower Chicken Fried “Rice” and salad with tomatoes, carrots and homemade ginger dressing 


SNACK: Chicken, apple and 1 tbsp of coconut butter


And for my LAST Whole30 meal I made….

DINNER: Pork chops and brussel sprouts with bacon


I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOHOO!!!!!!
